School Based Traineeship Program
Are you a high school student passionate about working with children and interested in gaining valuable experience in the field of education and care? Our School Based Traineeship Program at Peak Sports and Learning offers an incredible opportunity to combine your studies with practical work experience.
What is a School Based Traineeship?
A School Based Traineeship at Peak Sports and Learning allows you to undertake paid employment while completing an approved training course that counts towards your Higher School Certificate (HSC). Upon successful completion of the training course and your HSC, you will receive a Certificate III in School Aged Education and Care.
To be Eligible:
You must be in year 11 at the commencement of the traineeship and you must be able to commit to a minimum of 8 hours of work per week, which may be averaged over a 12-month period.

Achieve a Qualification: Graduate with a nationally recognized Certificate III in School Aged Education and Care, which will enhance your future career prospects. Many of our School based trainees move on to higher positions within our company after completion.

Diploma Traineeship Program
Advance your career in school aged education and care with our comprehensive Diploma Traineeship Program at Peak Sports and Learning. This program combines practical work experience with formal education, leading to a nationally recognised Diploma of School Aged Education and Care..
Program Highlights:
Permanent Part-Time Work: Commit to a minimum of 21 hours per week, providing a stable and reliable work schedule.
Paid Study Time: Benefit from 3 hours of paid study time each week, allowing you to focus on your coursework while maintaining your income. Access to study group where you will study alongside other Diploma trainees.
